QUALIFICATIONS

- Over 18 with a valid driver’s license
- Drives an SUV, mini van, or a larger vehicle (no sedans, as tables, backdrops, and garlands won’t fit) and must feel comfortable driving 40 mins-1hr to client’s location.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have Saturday and Sunday availability or be able to complete at least two (2) events per weekend.
- Prior experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Inflate balloons at / pick-up equipment for events  from our location in Leesburg, VA
- Assist with running errands during the week for event prep, manage vendor coordination, order/re-stock items for events as needed
- Loading + unloading items from your vehicle
- Driving your car to client’s chosen location (anywhere from Leesburg to Alexandria) 40min to 1 hour trips
- Setup and breakdown of picnic or balloon setups by yourself
- Deliver any backdrops, weights to our location in Leesburg after each event
- Texting clients + greeting clients onsite + solving problems onsite
- Take videos of your set-ups with your phone for use on social media
